How to receive 
exchange / return

Online
1. You can apply at Kissing Heart homepage [My page -> cancel / exchange / return] within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
2. After packing the components of the product in its complete state, send it to the following address through the courier designated by Kissing Heart 
- Kissing Heart, 1715 The first tower 2nd, 614, Dongtangiheung-ro, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea / 070-8671-2424
3. After checking the status of the product, the exchange / return will proceed as follows.
- Exchange : We will deliver the product receiving the product. 
- Return : We will refund the money after checking the status of the product


Exchange / return
delivery charge 

- In the case of defective products and wrong delivery, we will bear the exchange / return delivery charge
- You shall bear the delivery charge for the exchange / return due to your personal circumstances, and the item will be returned if you deliver it based on your own discretion


Cases of possible
exchange / return

- You can exchange / return the product within 7 days from the date you receive it.
- In case of exchange / return due to skin trouble, dermatologist's written opinion, medical fee and receipt are required


Cases of impossible
exchange / return

1. If the product is unpacked or used, or if the value of the product is damaged, it cannot be exchanged / returned. 

2. If the components (warranty, case, goods, etc.) including the product are used, damaged or lost, the product cannot be replaced / returned 

3. When the exchangeable / returnable period (7 days) has elapsed, exchange / return is not possible. 

4. The return can be made by simply changing your mind, but exchange is not possible


Guide to precautions

- Exchange / return refund are made after the product is collected and the product status is checked
- Kissing Heart is not responsible for A / S delay or loss due to other courier services other than the designated courier company 

(Logen Courier)
- If you purchased the product at an offline store, online exchange / return is not possible and is possible only at the store you purchased the product
If the components (warranty, case, goods, etc.) including the product are used, damaged or lost, the product cannot be replaced / returned
